Creative Music Guild’s Artistic Director Series continues with a special residency performance from CMG Artistic Director Mike Gamble, joined by drummer Grant Pierce and bassist Garrett Baxter.

The evening will unfold through a series of solo and trio performances, highlighting the distinct musical voices of each artist while exploring the creative possibilities that emerge through improvisation and collective listening. Moving between intimate solo explorations and collaborative trio improvisations, the performance will celebrate the process of musical conversation, transformation, and discovery.

Drawing from jazz, experimental music, ambient sound, and free improvisation, Gamble, Pierce, and Baxter create music that balances structure with spontaneity, emphasizing deep listening, interaction, and the unique character of the moment.
