Endangered Blood!

The Creative Music Guild & Ninkasi Brewing proudly present Endangered Blood featuring NYC experimental music all-stars Chris Speed (clarinet, sax; Claudia Qt., Bloodcount), Trevor Dunn (bass; Mr. Bungle, Fantomas, John Zorn), Jim Black (drums; Laurie Anderson, Tim Berne), and Oscar Noriega (sax; Los Totopos). This dynamic ensemble creates a new sound that spans swing, free jazz, and rock, while maintaining the experimental energy that these musicians are known for.

Portland’s own avant jazz band, Paxselin Quartet (Mary Sue Tobin, Ken Ollis, Bill Athens, Chad Hensel) will open. Please join us for this evening of riveting music.
