In less than a month our annual festival will be held over 13 days at 10 venues. This year we will feature a few solo performances that are not to be missed; a special set from the brilliant internationally celebrated saxophonist/composer Matana Roberts, two sets of solo piano from NYC luminary Craig Taborn, an electro-acoustic set from Bay Area’s drumming legend Scott Amendola, and also a baritone saxophone & flutist set from Jonah Parzen-Johnson. We are also fortunate to be presenting violist Mat Maneri’s ASH quartet, Grammy Award winning composer/bassist Todd Sickafoose’s Blood Orange, and Oceans And, a new Tim Berne trio featuring Aurora Nealand and Hank Roberts…+ a host of local performers!
